Do you offer guidance on how to use your products?

Can I return a product if it doesn’t meet my needs?

Yes. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@hautelle.co.uk with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Photos are optional but can help us speed up the process. Our team will provide the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery times and shipping fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may also track your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after your returned item has been inspected and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 1–5 business days to post the credit.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
